-Many dentist forget they are business people as well as health care providers. Some of the most successful clinicians are poor business people. They have never developed great business skills. What are the characteristics of a successful business person to have financial freedom? There is a direct relationship between the quality of clinical care and the fee charged. As an example, I can not provide provide beautiful successful clinical esthetics, without using one the very best laboratory technicians, unless I charge for it. A quote you may have heard is,” In order to provide great quality care and service, you must charge for it.” We will outline the symptoms of a dental practice out of control financially, due to clinical procedure fees.
